How long does it take you to respond?

Monday to Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Outside of these hours, we will respond on the next business day.

Can I change or cancel my reservation here?

Yes, please tell us your name and the date of your reservation and we will help you with the change or cancellation according to our conditions.

I want to cancel the reservation, am I entitled to a refund?

Yes, there is no penalty for cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance. If you cancel within the last 48 hours, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within the last 24 hours. Different conditions apply for groups or events; please contact us for details.

We're traveling as a large group, can we check for special availability?

Yes, write to us with the number of people and the approximate date and we will confirm options and price.

Do you offer service in languages other than Spanish?

Yes, also in English. Please let us know your preferred language in the message.

What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate on the night of my reservation?

If conditions do not allow the tour to be carried out safely or with good visibility, we will notify you in advance to reschedule the date or process the refund.

Is there a minimum age to participate?

No, the tour is open to all ages. We would appreciate it if you could let us know when booking if anyone in your group requires special accommodations, such as elderly people with reduced mobility, very young children, or pregnant women, so that our guides can take this into account during the activity.

What should I bring on the tour?

Warm clothing, as temperatures on Teide drop significantly at night, and comfortable footwear.
