What does our Stargazing tour with Moon on Teide consist of?
⏱️ 1 hr 20 min | 🗣️ Spanish and English | Groups separated by language
In this activity, we will focus on observing the Moon and other captivating astronomical objects of the night, such as planets (when visible) and star clusters. It will be the perfect ending to an evening that begins with a sky interpretation based on the most prominent constellations, the location of Polaris, and the position of the ecliptic.
In addition, thanks to our live astrophotography technology, we will reveal details that the human eye cannot capture on its own and, as a finishing touch, we will send you these spectacular images as a gift of those astronomical objects so you can keep a professional memory of your trip.
Accompanied at all times by the lighting provided by the Moon, which transforms Teide National Park into a magical landscape, offering a completely different vision than what is experienced during the day.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Does moonlight prevent you from seeing the sky?
Although the Moon reduces the number of stars visible, it offers a unique spectacle. The view of the lunar craters, seas, and mountain ranges through our telescopes is so detailed that it feels as if you are flying over its surface.
2. What differentiates this tour from a moonless night?
The main difference is the landscape. With the moon, Mount Teide isn't in darkness; it's illuminated by moonlight, allowing you to see the volcanic silhouettes. It's a more visual experience in terms of the environment and focused on the brightest objects in the night sky.
3. Will I receive professional photos of the Moon?
Yes! Our astrophotography technology captures the texture of the Moon. At the end, we'll send you these images as a gift so you have a professional keepsake of what we observed together.
4. Is it less cold when there is a moon?
No, the temperature depends on the altitude. Therefore, even if you see the landscape illuminated, it's still necessary to dress warmly. Remember that you can add coat rental to your booking if needed.
