With this tour ideal for families or a group of friends, you will enjoy a private astronomical observation with a telescope dedicated just for you, guided at all times by an official accredited guide. We will recommend the place to guarantee maximum enjoyment, this place will be located in the Teide National Park.
- We will begin with interpretation of the sky with the naked eye to learn how to locate the Polar, the most important constellations, the ecliptic and the zodiacal zone, ending with a walk through the most interesting objects of the night with the help of our high-end telescope.
- Furthermore, with our astrophotographic telescope, we can take you beyond what your eyes can see, transforming what is observed into spectacular images.
As soon as you have made your reservation, we will contact you to inform you of the observation that we can make on the date you have chosen (subject to the presence or absence of the Moon). If it doesn't fit what you were looking for, we can study an alternative date together.

What time does the tour start?
We start our activities approximately one hour after sunset.
Schedule subject to change. Once you have made your reservation, we will confirm the schedule with you via email or WhatsApp.
Where is the meeting point?
The activity takes place in Teide National Park , right at the Minas de San José Viewpoint. A strategic location at 2,100 meters, far from light pollution.
What should you keep in mind for private stargazing tour on Teide?
- We kindly ask for punctuality. The activity will begin at the time specified in the messages sent after making the reservation. Any change in the activity schedule will be notified via Email or WhatsApp.
- This tour includes a coat, although warm clothing and comfortable footwear are always recommended (avoid open shoes).
- There are no restrooms available in the area.
- Not recommended for people who have scuba dived within the previous 24 hours.
- People with heart or respiratory problems, or who are pregnant, should consult their doctor beforehand.
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
- Pets are not allowed.
- This tour is for a maximum of 5 people; each additional person will incur a charge of €45 per person (children up to 11 years old €30).

What is the cancellation policy?
To receive a full refund for the experience, you must cancel at least 48 hours before it starts (local time).
Within the last 48 hours, only 50% of the amount paid is refunded.
Within the last 24 hours, the amount paid is not refunded.
The weather has to be good for the activity to be carried out. If canceled by us due to bad weather conditions, you will be offered another alternative date or a full refund of the amount paid.
Procedure
Canceling your reservation is easy. Write a message to our WhatsApp or email indicating that you want to cancel your reservation. You must provide us with the name, surname and reference number of the reservation in the message.
The time the message was sent will be taken as the reference; therefore, you must take the aforementioned deadlines into account.

Taking a selfie or a photo with your phone at night is impossible because the images come out completely black. If you book our astrophotography add-on on Mount Teide, your guide will use a professional camera and long-exposure techniques to take a spectacular portrait under the stars. You'll receive a unique photo of yourselves blended into the night landscape with Mount Teide or the Milky Way in Tenerife as a backdrop, edited in high resolution and ready for your phone or printing.
3. What is the difference between live astrophotography photos and optional portrait mode?
Your private astronomy tour already includes free deep-sky images (galaxies, nebulae, or planets) captured on our smart telescope screen during observation. The optional €20 add-on is exclusively for a souvenir portrait—a photo under the starry sky featuring the two of you.
4. Will we have coats for all members of the family?
Of course. This private tour includes a complimentary coat for each person (up to 5). We don't want the cold on Mount Teide to be a problem for enjoying the evening with your family.
How will we receive photos of astronomical objects?
During the tour, we'll take astrophotographs of the most important astronomical objects in the sky. The following day, you'll receive instructions on how to download these spectacular images for free, so the whole family can have the best possible memories.
6. What happens if there are more than 5 of us?
This tour is optimized for groups of up to 5 people to ensure the best quality. However, you can add additional companions for a supplement (€45 adults / €30 children).
