VOUCHER CONDITIONS

Only valid for redemption in the activities: "Stargazing from Teide" or "Stargazing with Moon from Teide".
1 use per voucher (1 person).
Validity: 12 months from the date of purchase, regardless of when it is delivered to the recipient.
Subject to availability and weather conditions (we offer an alternative date if the tour cannot be carried out due to bad weather or any force majeure event).
No exchanges or returns are allowed.
Once the voucher has been redeemed and the date confirmed, any changes or cancellations by the customer must be made at least 48 hours in advance, or the voucher will be considered redeemed.
Minors: The use of a voucher by a minor is conditional upon them being accompanied at all times by an adult who also holds their own voucher or booking.
